4. Pre-work preparation and suggestions- such as

    a. Making sure our pictures ect., were carefully set a side so vibrations wouldn't cause them to break during the work.This helped us successfully get "back to normal" with no one hurt, nothing broken, and complete satisfaction in a very short time.

    b. Making sure we stored the new materials in the driveway and not on the roof until AFTER the old materials had been removed ( due to the added weight of our previously installed "nail over") helped us avoid problems.
